response from property -Thank you so much for your 4 star rating. In regards to the water bugs, unfortunately, we have a lake on the property and their main source is water. However, if you are having an issue with them inside of your home, please contact the office and we will send a pest control member to spray right away. The towing was put in place 7 years ago to assist residents with having a place to park when they return home from a busy day out. If you are parked in your correct spot, with your sticker visible, you will not be towed. Please let us know if you have been towed, while having the proper sticker and in the correct spot, and we will address it and have a refund issued to you. We love having you as a resident and would love to make your continued stay amazing.

|Recommended: YesI have been here for 3yrs now and it is a great living place. — The staff is great and neighbors are great. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Sometimes I hear my upstairs neighbors more than I would like too. I am paying for a parking space I and I don't have a car I feel as though my guest who park in 131 should not be penalized.. I think if they park in my space they should be safe weather or not they have a sticker or not. That should be addressed. I can't speak for other apartment this one is great.
Thank you for your kind words Ms. Curtis. I understand your issue with the parking spot, however, they are not paid parking spots. The towing was enforced due to residents not having a spot to park when returning home on a daily basis. The spots are now reserved for residents to have a spot to park when coming and going and not having to worry about parking. We did issue parking stickers to everyone to use the sticker as they would like. We really love having you as a valued resident and again thank you for your response. Stay well!
