|Recommended: YesMs. Bolden is my voted MVP of the Property Management Team at Woodmere Apartments. She and her team maintains a high level of professionalism and tact, which I appreciated. They maintained a welcoming ambiance in the leasing office. I lived at Woodmere for 3 years. Had the best neighbors who were friendly, quiet, and mature individuals. The community was quiet and safe. Assigned parrking. Rent was reasonparking. Grounds were well kept and maintained by Tommy and Malik, who always responded promptly to maintenance requests. On the flip side though, the apartments need upgradin, which the Woodmere Management and maintenance team are presently trying to do. Thank you Woodmere for having me. My hope for the community is that it will grow from strength to strength.

Your input on pet waste and unleashed dogs is valued! We've introduced PooPrints to tackle pet waste issues, holding accountable those who neglect to pick up after their pets. This initiative aims to maintain a cleaner environment for all residents. We take such matters seriously and address them promptly. If you observe any incidents, kindly inform our office directly. Staff and Resident collaboration is vital in fostering a positive living experience for everyone here at Woodmere Apartments.

The staff will inform me of any changes or issues, the maintenance staff is at the top of their game and so far I have met some very nice residents. I would recommend this apartment complex to others.
